This audio-casette/workbook Navajo language program was developed by Alan Wilson, formerly Professor of Navajo Language course at the University of New Mexico, with the assistance of native Navajo speakers. This self-study program will not only give instruction in the Navajo langauge, but will also provide a deep understanding of Navajo culture and lifestyle. This Navajo Language program covers the basic conversation that takes place in the everyday Navajo world. It also gives you language structures on which to build your speaking skills. Over three hours of audio tapes and a 234 pp workbook.

Speak Navajo Language Program - Dineh

This Navajo Language program is more advanced for Intermediate Navajo - Dine language speakers and assumes the learner has some command of basic the Navajo language. Speak Navajo encompasses verb usage in all forms and tenses (present, past and future). The entire text is recorded by a native Navajo speaker as an aid to the correct pronunciation of the language. The program focuses on the use of vocabulary and structures relative to topics of daily living such as weaving, animal husbandry, tribal government and planting. The intermediate Navajo language program consists of two cassette tapes and a 180 page workbook.
